When Brittany Carulli’s boyfriend, Jacob, was struck by a car ambulance officers tried their best to revive him.
Horrifyingly, the 27-year-old had stepped out of his car when he was hit directly by the traffic. Brittany sat in the ambulance while the medic tended to Jacob, who sadly did not survive the accident.
It wasn’t until later that the EMT realised her wallet – including her credit cards and drivers license – had gone missing from the ambulance.
When confronted, Brittany admitted to taking the paramedics property and was charged with theft.
How nicking someone’s wallet at a time like that would even cross your mind boggles us!
