Blood-soaked man walked like ‘possessed zombie’ into emergency with bullet wound in his mouth

A terrifying clip has emerged showing was appears to be a man with a gun shot to his mouth walking ‘like a zombie’ ranting while covered in blood.

Pacing the corridor of a Brazilian hospital, he walks as though he cannot stand up straight, at some points bending deeply backward with his arms hanging behind him.
