The official photographer, Matt Holyoak, previously shot images for the royal family, including taking photos for The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh's 70th wedding anniversary.
'I was truly honoured at being asked to take the official photographs at the christening of Prince Louis, and to witness at first hand such a happy event. Everyone was so relaxed and in such good spirits, it was an absolute pleasure. I only hope I have captured some of that joy in my photographs,' Holyoak said in an official statement.
In attendance at the royal service was Prince Charles and Camilla Parker-Bowles, Prince Harry and his new bride Meghan Markle, Carole and Michael Middleton, Pippa Middleton and James Matthews, and James Middleton.
A statement released by the royal family also revealed Louis' Godparents were Nicholas van Cutsem, Guy Pelly, Harry Aubrey-Fletcher, Laura Meade, Robert Carter and Lucy Middleton.
Prince William and Kate Middleton have opted for friends, rather than immediate family members, as is custom for royal children.
