Ingredients
- 600g packet of scalloped potatoes
- 250g frozen cauliflower pieces.
- 1 cup each chopped ham and torn baby spinach leaves
- ½ cup tasty light cheese.
- Snipped garlic chives.
Method

Empty a 600g packet of scalloped potatoes into a 22cm pie plate-style baking dish. Top with 250g frozen cauliflower pieces.

Bake at 200˚C (180˚C fan forced) for 20 min. Top with 1 cup each chopped ham and torn baby spinach leaves and sprinkle with ½ cup tasty light cheese.

Bake for a further 20 min or until cooked through. Serve topped with snipped garlic chives. Accompany with a small side salad and some tomato relish if desired.
