Ready-made wontons make this a meal you can enjoy quickly and easily.
1L ready made beef or chicken stock
3-4 slices fresh green ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
24 store-bought or homemade wontons, we used Pork & Spinach Wontons
4-6 cups chopped pak choy or baby spinach leaves
Combine stock and 1L of water in a large pan. Add the ginger slices and the soy sauce. Bring to the boil.
Add wontons and cook for 8-10 min. Divide into serving bowls. Add the pak choy to the pan and remove from the heat. Ladle stock and pak choy over the dumplings. Serve topped with shredded spring/green onions or carrots.
