The rude note read: 'You may be saving lives, but don’t park your van in a stupid place and block my drive.'
Paramedics were in the middle of saving a man's life in Birmingham who was vomiting blood for over 30 minutes. The patient was later taken to a hospital, his current condition is not yet known.
The Sun also reported that the incident was followed by yet another rude interruption in Dudley when a man banged on the ambulance's window and demanded they get a move on.

The tweet has since caused quite the uproar online with many showing support for the paramedics.
One of the comments read: 'One user, Hannah Stinton, replied to the post saying: “Wow. That’s an awesome amount of ridiculousness/stupidity wrapped up with a bow selfishness!!'
Another shared the WMAS post and praised their public services: 'On behalf of everyone I’d just like to say that everyone thoroughly respects and is grateful for the job that and every other ambulance crew does.'
Overwhelmed by the response, The Force later posted a thank you message:
