• 500g milk or dark chocolate, broken into pieces
• 45g butter, chopped
• 395ml can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup chopped licorice allsorts
Line base and sides of a 20cm square cake pan with baking paper. Place chocolate and butter into a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring until melted and smooth.
Add condensed milk and vanilla. Stir until well combined and thickened. Add licorice allsorts. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Top with a few extra licorice allsorts, if desired. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or until set. Cut into 25 squares to serve.
