2 x 160g salmon fillets
¼ cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup grated Jarlsberg cheese
Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan forced). Place salmon fillets into oiled baking dish. Then in a bowl, combine slivered almonds, chopped fresh parsley and grated Jarlsberg cheese.
Press mixture over the top of the salmon steaks. Bake at for 15-20 min, or until the salmon is cooked to your liking. Serve with steamed chat potatoes, fresh asparagus and lemon wedges.
