Ingredients
1 tbs wholegrain mustard
1 tbs honey
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp olive oil
4 chicken drumsticks
salt & pepper, to taste
2 bunches asparagus, washed & ends trimmed
2 tbs feta
Method

Preheat oven to 200°C. Mix mustard, honey, garlic and oil in a bowl. Add drumsticks and toss well, coating them with the mixture. (You can do this a few hours in advance to increase marinade time).

Place drumsticks in a single layer in a baking dish lined with baking paper. Season with salt and pepper and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.

Scatter asparagus in baking dish and bake for an extra 5-10 minutes or until chicken and asparagus are cooked through

Remove from oven and crumble feta over the asparagus to serve.
