Ingredients
3/4 cup green ginger wine
juice of 4 limes
750ml bottle chilled Prosecco
200g packet of Pashmak vanilla, pistachio or rose flavoured Persian fairy floss
Method

Combine green ginger wine and lime juice in a jug. Chill until cold. When ready to serve, pour mixture between 8 chilled champagne flutes.

Top up each, with chilled Prosecco. Garnish each glass with fairy floss.
