This week it’s yummy Pull-Apart Garlic Pizza Bread. Using just five ingredients and taking less than 20 minutes, this easy dish will be adored by kids (and adults!) of any age.

Ingredients

450 g packet garlic bread

⅓ cup garlic, onion and herbs pizza sauce

½ x 80 g sliced pepperoni

2 Tbsp drained Kalamata olives, sliced

2 cups grated pizza cheese blend

Method

  1. Grease a round pizza tray.
  2. Cut bread in between pre-cut slices. Arrange on prepared tray, side-by-side, cut-sides facing up.
  3. Spread sauce evenly over top of each slice. Top with pepperoni and olives. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Cook in a hot oven (200C) for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and bread is crisp. Serve.
