- 6 crumbed frozen fish fillet
- 1 cup garlic mayonnaise
- finely grated zest and juice of a lime
- 6 wholemeal wraps
- 400g packet supreme coleslaw mix
- sweet chilli sauce
Bake 6 crumbed frozen fish fillet portions as directed on the pack. Meanwhile, combine 1 cup garlic mayonnaise with the finely grated zest and juice of a lime.
Divide ¾ cup of the mayonnaise between 6 warmed wholemeal wraps, top each with a cooked fish portion. Divide a 400g packet supreme coleslaw mix between the wraps. Wrap to enclose the filling.
Serve wraps with some extra mayonnaise, lime wedges, coriander and sweet chilli sauce.
