- 1 onion, sliced into strips
- 1 bunch choy sum, roughly chopped
- 500g pork strips
- ⅔ cup teriyaki sauce
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 450g packet microwave white rice
Heat a lightly oiled wok over a high heat, and stir-fry pork strips until in two batches for 2 min or until lightly browned. Remove pork from wok and set aside.
Add onion to wok and stir-fry for 1 minutes. Add peanut butter and teriyaki sauce and stir-fry until combined.
Return pork to pan along with choy sum. Stir-fry until hot and choy sum has wilted.
Meanwhile, heat a 450g packet microwave white rice according to directions. Serve rice with stir-fry.
