Ingredients
¼ cup baking cocoa
2 cups self-raising flour
1½ cups caster sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup milk
90g butter, melted, cooled
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Milk Chocolate Icing, to decorate (see below)
Assorted biscuits and candy, to decorate

Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan forced). Line the base and sides of a 20 x 30 x 5cm shallow pan. Place cocoa into a small bowl and add ½ cup boiling water. Stir to combine then set aside to cool.

Combine flour and sugar in a bowl. Whisk egg, milk, melted butter and vanilla together. Add to dry ingredients and mix to combine then add cocoa mixture. Beat with electric beaters until smooth.

Pour mixture into pan and bake for 30-35 min or until cooked when tested with a skewer. Cool in pan.

Spread cooled cake with Milk Chocolate Icing, and decorate as desired with chocolate biscuits and chocolate candy.
