1/2 cup glace cherries, finely chopped
1/4 cup brandy
1 1/2 cups desiccated coconut
4 cups chocolate cake crumbs
1/2 cup condensed milk
2 x 115g jars chocolate sprinkles
Combine cherries and brandy in a large bowl, stir to combine. Stand 5 min. Add coconut and cake crumbs with condensed milk. Mix until combined.
Roll mixture into walnut sized balls and coat in chocolate sprinkles. Chill for 2 hr 30 min or until required. keep in an airtight container or freeze for longer storage.
