2 cups pitted fresh or frozen cherries
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons lime juice cordial
1/2 cup pure cream, coconut milk or coconut juice
2 cups crushed ice
Place pitted fresh or frozen cherries into a blender with pineapple juice, lime juice cordial, cream and crushed ice. Blend until smooth.
Pour into chilled highball glasses and garnish with maraschino cherries. Serve with a chocolate wafer stick or a straw, if desired.
