'Is it as bad as I think it is? Please tell me it's as bad as I think it is and I'm not overreacting for it being too white,' the bride pleaded in the Facebook group.
Even worse, the bride had been asking what her future mother-in-law planned to wear but she'd refused to send a photo. The furious bride only saw the photo when her future sister-in-law secretly snapped it and sent it to her.
'We gave her around five colours to pick from in our theme and tried to make it fun for her because she’s been so unexcited about the whole wedding,' she wrote.
After she shared the photo, many people in the Facebook group were shocked.
'Why would you think that it's acceptable to wear a white dress WITH A TRAIN to your son's wedding?' said one commenter.
Another added: 'No one wears white to a wedding. It's disrespectful.'
