But this clip might take the cake for the grossest of them all.
In the video, a beautician can be seen using specialty tweezers to squeeze pus and blackheads from a customer's skin.
But unlike other tools, this simple £4 contraption allows all the gunk to be removed in one swift movement, resulting in a much more satisfying (and revolting) extraction.
Speaking to Racked, NYC dermatologist Dr Neal Shultz explains that the tool is also completely safe to use.
"The curved parts gently press down on the sides of the blackhead,” he says.
“Then the curved tips are squeezed together, putting the pressure that pinches the skin together below the level of the opening of the blackhead so the contents of the blackhead can easily be squeezed out.”
