Ingredients
• 500g beef mince
• 290g packet taco kit
• 400g can diced tomatoes
• 400g can red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
• 125g packet grated nacho cheese
• Guacamole dip
Method

Heat a lightly oiled, large, non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Add mince. Cook, stirring, breaking up mince, for about 5 minutes, or until browned.

Add seasoning sachet from taco kit. Stir for 1 minute. Add sauce sachet with tomatoes, beans and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until thickened. Transfer to an ovenproof dish (8-cup capacity). Top with combined crushed taco shells and cheese.

Cook in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 30 minutes, or until golden.

Serve with guacamole.
