Ingredients
- 325g packet buttermilk pancake mix
- 4 bananas, sliced
- 50g butter
- 200ml thick cream
- ½ cup caramel topping
- warm chocolate sauce, to serve
Method

Cook pancakes to packet instructions and set aside.

Melt butter in a pan and fry banana slices until soft and warm.

Layer pancakes with warm bananas, cream and caramel topping. Drizzle stacks with chocolate sauce to serve.
