25-year-old Alison Leanne Raspa was last seen at 11:30pm on November 22 when she left Three Below Bar on Blackcomb Way in Whistler, Canadian police claim.
The search has now called in the help of diving experts after an item belonging to Alison was found at a nearby park called Alpha Lake.
'We are very concerned for Alison's well being,' Senior Sergeant Annie Linteau, Senior Media Relations Officer, said.
'We ask anyone who may have any information as to Alison's movements from the time she was last seen leaving the Three Below Bar and the time her personal item was located at Alpha Lake park on November 23 at 6.30am to call police immediately.'
Alison had moved from Perth to Canada in May of this year and was working at a hotel in Whistler.
Her colleagues reported her missing when she didn't turn up to work on Thursday.
Ms Raspa's friend, Kerry Stokes, made a heartbreaking plea on Facebook for any information on her whereabouts.
'Friends, Alison Raspa is still missing,' she wrote. 'We are all very worried about her and need to know she is SAFE!
'Any friends in Canada or who know people in the Whistler area please tag and share. If you have any news, whether you feel it relevant or not, reach out to her family, friends, colleagues, the POLICE!
'Thinking of you Alison. Stay safe and warm sweet girl xoxox.'
