This is one of several ‘vegetarian’ freezer sections popping up in Aldi stores around the world. Maybe one day soon they will have more frozen vegetarian options to pop in there - but they don’t have to rush!

Tragically Aldi jumped in and explained that this isn't really how it's meant to work and he may have just gotten his favourite Aldi store in trouble.
When he asked if he'd be getting any free garlic bread out of it - like the Kit Kat burglary victim, or the Chicken McNugget guy - Aldi were also a let down:
