Conditions of Entry - Moov Back to School Promotion
1. Information on "how to enter" and gifts form part of conditions of entry. Entry deems acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entrants may retrieve their gift by purchasing any 2 MOOV products from either a Chemist Warehouse or My Chemist store nationally, then sending an SMS to 1970 2200 starting their message with the corresponding last 4 digits of the barcode, followed by their name and address. M.Net Corporation maximum SMS cost $0.55 including GST.
3. Entries must include all requested contact details in their SMS to be eligible to receive the voucher.
4. Entry is open to all residents of Australia, except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. The Promoter is Pacific Magazines Pty Ltd, 8 Central Ave, Eveleigh NSW 2015 (ABN 16 097 410 896).
5. SMS Entries must be received between 01/02/10 at 00:01 and 10/03/10 at 23:59 AEDT. Each gift is valued up to $10, as at 09/11/09. A maximum of 2000, eligible entrants will each receive a $10 Office Works gift voucher.
6. Vouchers will be sent within 8 weeks.

9. Voucher must be used by 30/11/10 and only at Officeworks stores in Australia.
10. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. In particular, SMS entries via the internet, computer generation or "scripting" are invalid and will not be accepted. Website entries using "scripting" for multiple entries will not be accepted. The cost of sending an SMS message is the entrant's responsibility and will not exceed 55 cents including GST. Some service providers and call plans may not provide access to Premium SMS. Entrants must ensure that all care is taken when sending messages to enter this SMS promotion. It is the entrant's responsibility to SMS the correct number. The Promoter will not be liable for costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error. Any SMS entries submitted after the promotion period has closed will not be included in the promotion and will be charged 55 cents (including GST).
11. Competition entrants under the age of 18 are advised that they must seek their parents/adult guardian's permission before entering the promotion. The Promoter takes no responsibility for misuse of the SMS service as a method of entry.
12. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter [subject to state and territory legislation] reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable or responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems of the phone or of any phone network, or any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur during the promotion; as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected SMS entries; due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person; any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software or phone; or any combination thereof, related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this promotion.
13. One entry only per mobile number. Each entry must have a valid proof of purchase obtained through the promotional period to ensure its validity. All entrants must retain their original receipts and original barcodes to validate their proof of purchase. Such evidence must, on request by the Promoter, be provided to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, which demonstrates that the entrant is eligible and has complied with these Terms and Conditions.
14. Entrants may enter only once and only one gift will be awarded per person.
15. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. All entries become the property of the Promoter and cannot be returned.
16. If the gift is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the gift for a gift of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation. It is a condition of accepting the gift that the recipient must comply with all the conditions of use of the gift and Officework's requirements. Each gift must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to redeem the gift as stated.
17. The Promoter requires a current residential street address to be provided when entering for ease of correspondence and gift delivery. The Promoter makes all reasonable efforts to deliver gifts to the addresses provided by entrants. The Promoter will not return any gifts to recipients due to non-delivery at the address provided.
18. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Gifts are subject to availability, not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for gifts damaged or lost in transit.
19. All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter who may publish or cause to be published any of the entries received. If you consent, we will contact you for an unlimited period to keep you informed about future products, services and events, until you decide to opt out. Pacific Magazines Pty Ltd and its related entities collects entrant's personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this competition (including but not limited to determining, notifying and sending gifts to entrants), and, if you consent, for the purpose of Pacific sending you promotional and direct marketing material in relation to Pacific's magazines and products and services available through Pacific Magazines and its business partners. You may request access to your personal information by writing to The Privacy Officer, Legal Compliance Department, Pacific Magazines Pty Ltd, 8 Central Ave, Redfern NSW 2016.
20. In participating in the competition, entrants agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. Entrants agree to granting the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and entrants will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
21. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the redemption of and/or use of gifts. Any change in value of the gift occurring between the publishing date and date the gift is claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
