Ingredients
1 bunch of basil
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup roughly chopped parsley
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup olive oil
Method

Trim basil leaves from the stem and place into a small blender or food processor with grated parmesan cheese and parsley.

Add toasted pine nuts, garlic cloves and olive oil and process until smooth and well combined. Use to flavour hearty winter soups, add to your favourite grilled sandwiches and toasties.
