Ingredients
4 pieces of ready crumbed chicken schnitzels
2 x 300g jar of tomato salsa
4 slices leg ham
4 slices of mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon paprika
Method

Heat a large frying pan and add 3-4 tablespoons olive oil. Cook the schnitzels, for 2-3 min each side to until golden brown.

Remove from the pan and place on paper towel. Wipe out the pan and spread the base with half the salsa. Arrange the schnitzels over the top.

Spoon remaining salsa over the chicken.

Top with ham and cheese and a sprinkle of paprika. Cover and cook over a low heat for 2-3 min or until cheese is melted. Serve with a simple green salad and potato wedges.
