Ingredients
395g can sweetened condensed milk
125g butter, chopped
250g packet Marie biscuits, finely crushed
1 ¼ cups moist coconut flakes
½ cup each mini m & m’s and jelly beans
220g dark or milk choc melts, melted

Line an 18 x 28cm slice pan with baking paper leaving an overhang on two sides. Place condensed milk and butter into a saucepan and stir over a low heat until combined and smooth. Set aside to cool until room temperature.

Combine biscuits, coconut flakes, m & m’s and jellybeans in a large bowl. Add the condensed milk mixture and stir until well combined. Spread mixture into prepared tray then smooth the surface.

Spread the melted chocolate over the slice then chill in the fridge for 2hr or until firm. Cut into squares to serve. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
