A bit about Adrian and his farm:
Adrian is a bachelor in his mid forties. He's a wealthy man and his farm looks more like a tax deduction than a real working farm. The sheds are shiny and new, the sheep yards are new (all the gates swing properly, that's GOT to be a first in a set of yards!). His machinery and equipment is up to date and the brand new tractor that just drove through the steel swinging gate... well it's a John Deere! His house is a show piece. His farm is situated close to Esperance, on the South East Coast of WA, has a river for a boundary and a vast expanse of land.
