A great way to get your toddler to eat fruit is to put banana or avocado and then any other fruit you like (e.g. kiwifruit, peaches, apricots) into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. It's so delicious and creamy from the banana and avocado that I never have any problems getting my daughter to eat it. Tamina Goodchild, Modbury, SA
Add baked beans to leftover vegies and serve with wholemeal-toast fingers. My husband used to make this for our kids on Sunday nights. He called it "Cowboy's Mystery" and they loved it - even the youngest, who was a finicky eater. Mary French, Geraldton, WA
When my kids' books, pencils and glitter started to invade the kitchen and their bedroom floor, we bought them each a small plastic storage box. Now all their craft things get used without any fights and they neatly pack everything away. Melanie Lindsay, Helensvale, Qld
As a busy mum, one of the best tricks I have is to use the memo function on my mobile phone to save my shopping list. I always have my phone with me so I never forget my shopping list and I can add items as I think of them, or delete things as I buy them. Debbie Dye, Kanwal, NSW

When i was young, my mum would mix our peas, carrots and any other vegetables with mashed pumkin and potato. i now do this for my 8-month old son. it's a great way to get the kids to eat their veges.

I know a product that gives fussy kids the fruits, vegetables and vitamins they need. My daughter does not eat what we want her to so at least this way she gets the goodness.
Check out Mannabears on www.mannapages.com/Lane2success for all the other products available.

kids hate any vegetables that are green.Try blending brocilli and colliflower and spread on pizza base, cover with pizza sauce and sprinkle with usual topping.

My son only eats certain veges but I can make a thick vege soup with anything you can name in it and as long as it is blended until unrecognisable and served with pasta he thinks its just a tomato sauce and loves it he even says it's steaky ( and theres no meat in it)

Grate vegies into dinner. That way the nutrients are there but the kids have no idea! What you see is not always what you get.

When my son would not eat his vegetables, i pureed them as suggested a children's cookery book. At my wits end, I watched him and a little friend playing with a tea set. I came up with the idea of putting his pureed veges into the tea cup. He devoured the food with great gusto!! I can get him to eat almost any food now, even without the tea set!!
