Where any applicable legislation implies any term, condition or warranty into these Terms of Use or into That's Life!'s relationship with you or otherwise gives you a particular remedy against That's Life! ("Implied Terms") and that legislation or any other legislation prevents the operation of provisions excluding or modifying the application of the Implied Terms, then the Implied Terms will be deemed to be included in these Terms of Use. However, That's Life!s' liability for any breach of an Implied Term will be limited, to the extent permitted by law, at That's Life!'s option, to the following:

a. in the case of services supplied or offered through the Site, the supply of the services again, or the payment of the cost of having services supplied again; and

b. in the case of goods supplied or offered through the Site, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods, the repair of such goods, the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods, or the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.

c. You acknowledge that That's Life!, its parents and related parties together with their respective employees, agents, directors, officers and shareholders, ARE NOT LIABLE for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failures or for the destruction, damage or unauthorised access to your computer system or Site.

That's Life!, though its parent Pacific Magazines Pty Ltd, is a related body corporate of Seven Network Limited, and as such, is governed by Seven Network Limited's Privacy Policy.  You acknowledge and accept that your use of the Site signifies your agreement to the Privacy Policy, to which there is a link on the Site.  Seven may at any time vary the Privacy Policy by publishing a revised edition on the Site. You accept that by doing this we have provided you with sufficient notice of the variation.

If you have any feedback you wish to provide That's Life! in relation to this Site please Contact Us link on the Site.  When you "contact us", you will be asked to provide personal information which That's Life! handle in accordance with its governing Privacy Policy.
In particular, That's Life! will use your personal information for the purpose of further developing this site and informing people about magazine and/or online publications.  The personal information you provide may also be used for the purpose of sending you information regarding products available through That's Life! and its business partners, as well as in relation to Seven and its programs.

Termination

The Terms of Use are effective until terminated by That's Life!.  That's Life! may terminate this agreement and your access to the Site at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorised to access the Site, but all restrictions imposed on you, licenses and waivers granted by you and all That's Life! disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in these Terms of Use (as amended) will survive.

That's Life! Magazine and its related companies ("That's Life!", "We", "Our" or "Us") invites forum users ("Users") to post opinions and comments ("Opinions") in the designated areas of the Website with a view to having them published on the Website www.thatslife.com.au.

When using any That's Life! Forums ("Forum"), Users agree to be bound by the Web Site Terms and Conditions of Use which can be found HERE and the following conditions which are collectively referred to as the "Forum Terms and Conditions" hereinafter.

If a User believes an Opinion is offensive, unsuitable or has in some other way breached the Forum Terms and Conditions, please Contact Us and provide the exact link to the Opinion and the reasons for objection. That's Life! will consider the Opinion's suitability for retention on the Forum.

(d) either encouraging or deterring in nature to other Users or magazine readers when participating in any competition or promotion run promoted by That's Life! Magazine.

4. Users will not use the Forum for business purposes including advertising, promoting or soliciting any goods or services, or otherwise engaging in trade or commerce.

5. Any reliance whatsoever a User places on Opinions is done so at the Users own risk.

Indemnities
6. Users agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless That's Life! against any liabilities, claims, costs, loss (including consequential loss) or damage suffered or caused by reason of any Users reliance on any Opinion.

7. Notwithstanding any indemnity provided by a User under these Forum Terms and Conditions, That's Life! retains the right to assume the conduct of any defence to a claim brought against Us, and of any proceeding or appeal issued by Users who agree to provide all reasonable cooperation (including by making available relevant documents) that That's Life! may require from the User/s in relation to any such claim, proceeding or appeal.
