How can I subscribe to that's life! magazine?
Please call our subscription service on 1300 668 118 to subscribe to that's life! magazine.
How do I submit a story idea?
Email your story idea to the that's life! features team at tl.features@pacificmags.com.au.
Alternatively you can mail your story idea to:

Please note that there's a better chance of your story being used if you include photos. If you submit your story idea by mail, and would like your photos to be returned, write your name and address on the back of each picture. Please also include a stamped self-addressed envelope.
How can I submit a tip, become a 'tester' or write a letter to the Editor?

How can I enter your competitions?
To enter Puzzle Central competitions – write your answers on the Puzzle Central coupon and complete your contact details. Cut the coupon out of the magazine and send it to the competition address printed on the coupon, before the competition close date to be included in the draw.
To enter other that's life! promotions, please follow the instructions given. Please ensure that you exactly follow any instructions given, as entries that do not comply (e.g. that have been sent to the wrong address, etc.) cannot be included in the draw.

Do I need to complete all of the puzzles to enter the Puzzle Central competition?
No - simply complete as many of the puzzles as you can. Write your answers on the Puzzle Central coupon and complete your contact details. Cut the coupon out and send it to the competitions address before the competition close date to be included in the draw.
How do I know if I'm a competition winner?
Winners are notified by mail, generally within 4-6 weeks of the competition prize draw and wherever possible, car and holiday prize winners will be notified by phone. The names of winners of prizes valued at over $250 will be published in issues of that's life! magazine. Please refer to the competition terms and conditions for more information.
I won a Puzzle Central prize - what happens now?
Our warehouse will send the prizes out to the winners at the address that they've completed on their entry coupon. Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery.
How are the prize draws conducted?

Can I enter a competition more than once?
Please refer to the competition terms and conditions.
I was selected as a winner but haven't received my prize yet - what do I do?
Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date of the prize draw for your prize to be delivered. After this time, if you still have not received your prize, please send an email, containing your full name, address and the details of the prize that you won to thatslife.prizes@pacificmags.com.au. Alternatively, you can call the office on 02 9394 2837.
I was selected as a winner, but have recently changed my address - what do I do?
Please send an email to thatslife.prizes@pacificmags.com.au. Make sure that you include your full name, your new contact details and the details of the prize that you won. Alternatively, you can call the office on 02 9394 2837.
Please be aware that our warehouse automatically send the prizes out to the winners each week and that your prize may have already been dispatched to the address that you recorded on your original entry coupon. If this occurs, and the prize is returned to us, we will send it out to your new address.
I've contacted that's life! about my prize but haven't heard back from them - what do I do?
Queries about prizes are generally answered within 5 working days. If you call the office and are required to leave a voicemail message, please ensure that you've left a detailed message, containing your contact telephone number, including your area code.
I won a prize, but it has been damaged - what do I do?
Please send an email, containing your full name, address, telephone number to thatslife.prizes@pacificmags.com.au. Make sure that you include the details of the prize that you won and the damage that has occurred. Alternatively, you can call the office on 02 9394 2837.
I won a cash prize, but the details on the cheque that I received are incorrect - what do I do?
Please return the cheque to:

Include a note that clearly shows your correct details so that we can have the cheque re-issued. Your new cheque will be sent within 4-6 weeks.

Yes. The team works hard to bring you interesting real life stories that you can read, enjoy, learn and share. We've recently made it easier for you to share these stories with friends by upgrading our sharing features.
