A healthy meal to throw together when you're short of time.

Ingredients

  • 2 small skinless chicken breast fillets, grilled and shredded
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 4 lavash bread or other wraps
  • 100g snow peas, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • 1 red capsicum, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 8 fresh coriander sprigs
 

Method

1. Place the chicken and sweet chilli sauce in a medium-size bowl and toss to combine.

2. Lay the lavash bread flat and place a quarter of the chicken mix in a line down the centre of each piece. Top with vegetables and coriander. Wrap firmly to enclose filling and serve immediately.
