- Line a 16cm x 25cm slice pan with baking paper, allowing it to overhang on the longest sides. Mix crushed biscuits with butter, and press into the base of the pan. Smooth surface with the back of a spoon and chill for 30 min.
- For the filling, combine filling mix (from Aeroplane Sweet Treats packet) with 150ml boiling water. Pour condensed milk into filling mix and stir to combine. Place 50ml boiling water into a heatproof bowl with the marshmallows and place over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring until melted and smooth. Cool slightly and mix with condensed milk. Pour over base, chill for 1-2 hr or until set.
- Meanwhile, prepare the jelly as directed. Dissolve in 200ml boiling water, then add 200ml cold water. Chill for 1hr or until slice is set. Pour cooled jelly over marshmallow layer. Cover and chill in the fridge until completely set. Cut into 12 squares to serve.
