1. Roll 1 large portion of dough to 30cm. Place onto an oiled pizza tray or stone. Spread base with satay sauce and sprinkle with tasty cheese.
2. Top with red onion, chicken and red capsicum. Bake at 200 C for 15-20 min. Serve topped with yoghurt or sour cream, roasted peanuts and coriander sprigs.
