Description

This colourful and delicious rice salad makes for the perfect side addition to any banquet.

Ingredients

  • 400g SunRice Wild Blend Entertainer Rice
  • 3 1/2 cups of water
  • 1 cup baby green peas
  • 1 cup chopped spring/green onions
  • punnet of halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup bottled French dressing

Method


  1. Cook SunRice Wild Blend Entertainer Rice in 3 1/2 cups water for 15-18 min or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Let cool.
  2. Add 1 cup each baby green peas, chopped spring/green onions, a punnet of halved cherry tomatoes and bottled French dressing. Season with black pepper. Chill until required.
