1. PREPARE in a large bowl, combine mince, feta, olives, seasoning, onions, parsley, garlic and 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper, being careful not to crush ingredients. Separate into four equal portions and shape into patties.
2. Place patties on flat dish covered in baking paper and cover with plastic wrap. Keep patties refrigerated or freeze until ready to serve.
3. SERVE Remove the patties from fridge or freezer and allow to thaw if necessary. Spray each side with olive oil. Barbecue on medium-high for 5 min each side or until cooked through. Serve on wholemeal pita bread with spinach and feta dip and Greek salad.
