1. Place pork ribs into the base of the slow cooker insert. Combine sugar, sauces, vinegar, lime zest and juice, grated ginger and garlic in a small bowl and pour over ribs.
2. Cover the slow cooker and cook on high 3 hr (low 6 hr) or until pork is tender. Then turn slow cooker to high.
3. Rinse greens and place over the pork, cover and cook for a further 15-20 min or until greens are wilted. Serve ribs with rice and prepared Asian greens. Garnish with coriander if desired.
